THE DAY YOU PLANT THE SEED IS NOT THE DAY YOU EAT THE FRUIT

We want immediate results.

Its a part of the world we live in today, where everything is a click away.

We can have things delivered to our door on the same day we buy them now.  Everything we want is at the touch of our fingertips.

We are constantly being sold 10 day diets, get rich quick schemes and a bunch of other BS.  We know that for long term success they don’t work- but they prey on our human weakness-  we want things as painlessly and quickly as possible.

We want things to be quick and easy and if they aren’t we easily lose motivation and say “fuck it”

I’ve done this with so many projects and plans.  Giving in too easily once something gets tough or you get bored with it.  If you really want something, you cant let doubt get the best of you.  You have to be in it for the long haul.

People expect to write a couple blog posts and be an overnight success.  Or go to a yoga class and compare themselves against people who have been going for years.  In other words we aren’t seeing the results we want quick enough so we give up.

But the problem with that is,  we are not giving the seeds we are planting enough time to sprout.

It is a law of the universe that what you continually think about and work towards has to manifest.

It may not happen when you think or want it to.  But it will happen in divine timing.

As long as you keep planting the seeds, watering the garden, pulling out the weeds and being patient, what you want will come to fruition.

You cant see the progress that is being made under the soil.

We have faith that the seed will eventually poke through.

If you have this attitude with your dreams or goals, then no matter how slow the process, you can keep faith knowing the seeds you are planting today, will bring fruit in the future.

Put in the work everyday, be patient and you cant not manifest your dreams.
